Can we book a child seat?

Yes, we do.Kindly Update the Cab Operator at the time of booking the cab. Cab Operators may charge for the seat (typically £5) which you can pay the driver directly.

What happens if I am late, or am unable to meet the driver?

If you appear more than 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time, it is at the Cab Operator’s discretion if they will still take you, with any charges for this additional waiting time to be settled between you and the Cab Operator

What details are needed if I'm travelling being picked up from an airport?

keep your mobile phone on once you arrive
Driver will meet you at Arrivals area of the airport.
